Free, with no hidden limits

Every feature on QRCodegener is free. That includes all QR code types, colour and logo customisation, unlimited generation, and downloads in PNG and SVG. There is no trial, no paid tier, and no requirement to create an account.

What is included

Unlimited QR codes, full design customisation, high-resolution exports up to 2K, SVG output for print, all input types, browser-side privacy, and no watermark on any export.

Why there is no paid plan

The generator runs in your browser, so there are no encoding servers to fund. Costs scale with static hosting only, which is why the whole tool can remain free without adding tracking or ads to your workflow.

What other services charge for

Plenty of generators limit the number of codes, add a watermark to exports, cap the download resolution, or lock design options behind a subscription. Those restrictions exist because encoding happens on paid server infrastructure.,Because the encoding happens in your browser, none of those costs apply here. There is nothing to unlock and no reason to hold features back.

Is there an API or bulk option?

Bulk generation is not offered as a hosted service. If you need to encode large numbers of codes, download the SVG or PNG output from the tool and script the placement in your own workflow — the files are yours to use without restriction.

Frequently asked questions

Is QRCodegener free to use?

Yes. Every tool is free with no account, no watermark, no usage cap and no hidden upgrade. Unlimited generation and high-resolution downloads are included.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. The codes are static, so the destination is built into the graphic itself. They keep working indefinitely as long as the target URL or content remains valid.

What formats can I download?

SVG for unlimited scaling and print, and PNG up to 2K resolution for screens and social. Transparent backgrounds are supported.

Is my data sent to a server?

No. Encoding happens in your browser, so URLs, WiFi passwords and contact details never leave your device.

Can I put a logo inside a QR code?

Yes. Place a logo in the centre and raise the error-correction level so the code still scans if part of the centre is covered.
